WAP

Select ‘Menu>8.Connectivity>1.WAP

You can access the Internet with a WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) browser.

That means you can connect to the Internet anywhere and anytime where you have network coverage.

The descriptions below can vary according to your Network provider.

Therefore, ask your Network provider for detailed information.

NOTE: Press the [o] key short to access the WAP menu directly. Press and briefly hold the [o] key during standby to proceed to the WAP homepage.

Navigating the WAP Browser

To scroll through and select browser items, press the

[u/d] key until the item you want is highlighted, and then press the [o] Soft key.

For faster browsing, press the Up/Down key in the side key. You can scroll by pages.

To return to the previous page, press the [c] key.

To return to the startup homepage, select [Option]>Home.

Entering Text in the WAP Browser

When you are prompted to enter text, the current text input mode appears above the right Soft key.

Bookmarks[1.5]

You can bookmark an Internet address using the WAP browser just as you do with a PC Internet browser.

To register an URL and Name in the closest empty number of the Bookmark List, press the [Add] Soft key on the right.

Press the [Option] Soft key [[] to;

• Edit: Edits the URL and name of a bookmark.

NOTE: This feature will not be available if the manufacturer provides a default bookmark.

• Delete: Deletes a bookmark from the List.

NOTE: This feature will not be available if the manufacturer provides a default bookmark.

• Go: Goes to the related site.

Push Messages

The phone can receive Push Messages from the Service Provider.

Inbox

[1.6.1]

The Push message is stored in Inbox. Select and check a message from the message list of Inbox to contact the WAP page concerned.

Press the [Option] Soft key [[] to;

Delete: Deletes a message.

Delete All: Deletes all the messages in Inbox.

Go to: Goes to related site.
