Bookmarks

It is possible to save app. 50 WAP pages as book- marks. This will give you a quick access to your favourite pages

To choose a bookmark

When you are on-line and want to access the bookmarks

Profiles

Profiles is the menu point used for configuring the profiles. Please refer to “Setting the Profiles”

Cache

Your WAP-browser uses cache as a buffer memory to save WAP pages that you have visited. When you return to a page the browser will collect information from the cache instead of from the original server. This saves time

It is a good idea to empty the cache regularly

T9 Language

You can use the T9 functionality when entering text in

WAP text input fields. Use this menu to select T9 language

(SELECT T9 LANGUAGE)

Press the T9 button to change to ordinary multitap mode, numeric mode or symbol mode. T9 text input is described in chapter 7.

Entering a WAP home page

You can enter a WAP home page in 3 different ways.

Open the homepage of one of your profiles

(SELECT PROFILE)

Open a saved bookmark

(SELECT BOOKMARK)

When you are on-line it is possible to type in an URL

address directly: (TYPE URL ADDRESS)
