View to Do List

If you select this menu, as the submenu, you can see

 

 

 

 

“TO DO ENTRY”.

 

 

 

This is used when you write brief memos.

 

 

 

Submenu is divided into two sections. The one is “with

 

 

due date”, the other is “with no due date”.

 

 

 

Whenever each submenu selected, you can see the

 

 

each text, if you saved some memos.

You can look up the other memo with pressing

and

keys.

 

 

 

 

Each submenu has the following functions.

In the case of “with due date”, EDIT TEXT - to edit text

MOVE - to change the time which you set. DELETE - to delete contents of the entry ALARM SETTINGS - to set alarm

(1, 2, 6, 12, 24 hours, or choice the time[custom] or no alarm)

DISABLE DUE DATE - to disable due date NEW ENTRY - to write new ‘to do’.

In the case of “with no due date”,

 

 

EDIT TEXT - to edit text

 

 

DELETE - to delete contents of the entry

 

ENABLE DUE DATE - to enable due date

 

NEW ENTRY - to write new ‘to do’.

Settings : 

The organizer requires the following settings :

-Week start [Saturday, Sunday or Monday]

-Auto Delete [As Needed, Every 2 Month, Every 6 Month]

Limitations of the Organizer

The calendar will handle dates of 1 year for the future.

Repeated events will only repeated for 1/4 of a year or as long memory is available.

Repeated events will occupy more memory space than a single entry.
