■Remove lantern parts from package.

■Install heat shield in position as shown.

■Always use genuine Coleman mantles.

■Tie mantles around grooves in burner.

■Distribute folds on mantle evenly. Cut off surplus string 1/4" (0.6cm) from knot.

■For INSTASTART™ electronic ignition lanterns, be carefull that mantle does not snag on electrode.
