CHAPTER FOURTEEN: SETUP MODE
Miles: Accumulated “miles,” which is simulated road bike miles. Even though this is just a simulated number, it actually is a good measure of stress and wear on the bike mechanism and braking system. Higher mileage results from higher braking power, more pedal revolutions, or both.
Hours: Total hours the bike has been in use. If the bike is idle or in attract mode, hours do not accumulate; in general, the pedals have to be moving for hours to accumulate.
Total Starts: The total number of times the bike awakens from either sleep mode or attract mode.
Program Selection Counters: For each different workout, how many times a new workout was initiated.
