STANDING CALF STRETCH

Standing about 3 feet from a wall, take one step forward with your left foot. Place your hands on the wall in front of you. Slightly bend your elbows and point your shoulders, hips, and feet directly toward the wall. Bend your left leg slowly and use the movement to control the amount of stretch in the right calf. Your heels should stay on the ground. Slowly bring your- self back to the starting position and switch legs. Alternate for the number of desired repetitions.
