ABOUT HEART RATE TRAINING

Your VISION FITNESS iNetTVTM Product offers two options for Heart Rate Training and Feedback; you may choose to use the convenient Hand Contact Bars or the hands-free Wireless Chest Transmitter (recommended for the Heart Rate Training Program).

CONTACT BAR HAND POSITION

Place the palm of your hands directly on the Contact Pads. Both hands must grip the bars for your Heart Rate to register.

WIRELESS CHEST TRANSMITTER
