When an iFIT program is selected, the dis- play will show the name of the program, the maxi- mum incline and speed settings of the program, and the program time. In addition, a profile of the speed settings of the program will appear on the screen.

Each program is divided into several one-minute segments. One speed setting and one incline set- ting are programmed for each segment. Note: The same speed setting and/or incline setting may be programmed for two or more consecutive seg- ments.

If the speed settings and/or incline settings are too high or too low, you can override the settings by pressing the Speed and/or Incline buttons; how- ever, when the next segment of the program be- gins, the treadmill will automatically adjust to the speed and incline settings programmed for the next segment.

To stop the program at any time, press the Stop button. To restart the program, press the Start but- ton. The walking belt will begin to move at 1 mph. When the next segment of the program begins, the treadmill will automatically adjust to the speed and incline settings programmed for the next segment.
