B)Stop: Press to pause/end your workout. Hold for 3 seconds to reset the treadmill.

C)Start/pause: Simply press to begin exercising, press to pause program

D)ENTER: Used to select Program, Level, and Time.

e)QUICK Incline Keys: Used to reach desired incline more quickly. Press before SET INCLINE key.

f)QUICK Speed Keys: Used to reach desired speed more quickly. Press before SET SPEED key.

g)Incline ARROW Keys: Used to adjust incline in small increments (0.5% increments).

h)Speed ARROW Keys: Used to adjust speed in small increments (0.1 mph increments).

i)iNCLINE led DISPLAY: Illuminate to indicate current incline.

j)SPEED led DISPLAY: Illuminate to indicate current speed.

K)SET INCLINE: Press to accept incline selected with quick incline key. l) SET SPEED: Press to accept speed selected with quick speed key.

m) PROGRAM SETTING KEYS: Press to adjust Time, Incline, Speed, and Level

n) Fan: Personal workout fan.

o) Fan Button: Press the fan button ON / OFF.

p) Water Bottle / CD / MP3 holders: Holds personal workout equipment.
