WEEKLY GOAL CENTER OPERATION

Reaching your fitness goals just got easier!

Research shows that those who set fitness goals and monitor their results, on average, will achieve a higher level of success than those who do not. Because your new treadmill is equipped with Horizon’s exclusive Weekly Goal Center, you’ve taken an important step towards achieving your personal fitness goals. Congratulations on your purchase decision!

Horizon’s Weekly Goal Center is a new software program that is integrated into your treadmill’s console. It will allow you to set a distance-based or calorie-burning goal to work towards each week. Your treadmill will then monitor your progress electronically and notify you once you’ve met your goal, without the need for paper journals or logs. The Weekly Goal Center will help motivate you so that you can reach your ultimate goal of better health. Read further to learn how the Weekly Goal Center can enhance your fitness experience.
