Monitor Display: Speed, Time, Pulse,

 

Distance, Incline, Calories and Program

 

Profiles.

EnergyzoneREADOUT: Tracks Fat,

 

Calories & Protein levels expended

 

during workouts.

C)

Stop: Press to pause/end your workout.

 

Hold for 3 seconds to reset the treadmill.

D)

Start: Simply press to begin exercising or

 

starts your program.

E)

ENTER: Used to select Program, Level

 

and Time.

F)

DISPLAY/SCAN: Press to change display

 

feedback during workout, Hold to scan.

ONE-TOUCH Incline Keys: Used to reach

 

desired incline more quickly.

ONE-TOUCH Speed Keys: Used to reach

 

desired speed more quickly.

Incline ARROW Keys: Used to adjust

 

incline in small increments (0.5%

 

increments).

J)

Speed ARROW Keys: Used to adjust

 

speed in small increments (0.1 mph

 

increments).

K)

Safety Key Position: Enables treadmill

 

operation when safety key is inserted.

L)

Fan: Personal workout fan.
