MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING

Inspect and properly tighten all parts of the elliptical crosstrainer r egularly. Replace any worn parts immedi- ately.

For smooth

 

operation of the

Wheel

elliptical

 

crosstrainer, the

 

incline ramp

 

should be kept

 

clean. Using a

 

soft cloth and

Incline

mild detergent,

clean dust and

 

other residue

 

from the incline

 

ramp where the wheels make contact with it. Other

 

parts of the elliptical crosstrainer can also be cleaned

 

in this way. Keep liquids off the console. Never use

 

abrasives or solvents.

 

HOW TO LEVEL THE ELLIPTICAL CROSSTRAINER

 

HOW TO CALIBRATE THE RESISTANCE AND

INCLINE SYSTEMS

If the elliptical crosstrainer’s resistance system or incline system is not working properly, activate the calibration process by following the steps below.

1.Press the 10 Resistance button and the Start Program button at the same time. The number 100 will appear in the right display.

2.Press the Start Program button again. “EP:2P” will appear in the left display.

3.Press the 30° Ramp Angle button. The ramp will move all of the way up and then all of the way down. When this phase of the calibration process is completed, the console will beep.

4.Press the 10 Resistance button. The letters CAL

will be displayed in the left display, and the lights in the Training Zone bar will begin to flash. The resistance motor will move the resistance to the
