FEATURES OF THE CONSOLE
The advanced console offers an array of features designed to make your workouts more effective and enjoyable. When you select the manual mode of the console, you can change the resistance of the pedals and the incline of the ramp with the touch of a button. As you exercise, the console will provide continuous exercise feedback. You can even measure your heart rate using the handgrip pulse sensor.
The console also offers twenty preset programs. Each program automatically changes the resistance of the pedals and prompts you to increase or decrease your pedaling pace as it guides you through an effective workout.
The console also offers two custom programs that allow you to create your own workout programs and store them in memory for future use.
In addition, the console features two heart rate pro- grams that change the resistance of the pedals to keep your heart rate near target heart rate settings while you exercise.
