OPERATING THE WATCH

HEART RATE/EXERCISE DETAIL VIEW

In Heart Rate/Exercise Timer mode, there are 2 primary viewing modes, Heart Rate (HRM) and Pedometer (Distance). In HRM view, current heart rate is displayed in the center line and average and maximum heart rate are displayed in lower display line. To select viewing mode:

HRM VIEW:

1.PRESS & HOLD the MODE key. When HRM appears, RELEASE MODE.

2.Scroll through Exercise Detail, PRESS LAP/VIEW.

3.Change lower display line detail view from Average & Max Heart Rate, to Calories (KC), Fat Burned (G) or Steps (St), PRESS & HOLD LAP/VIEW to change selection.
