If the exercise cycle rocks slightly during use, turn the leveling feet under the rear stabilizer to eliminate the rocking motion.

The pedal straps can be adjusted to the position that is the most comfort- able for you. Pull the ends of the straps off the tabs on the pedals, adjust the straps to the desired posi- tions, and then press the ends of the straps back onto the tabs.
