BEFORE YOU BEGIN

ELLIPTICAL CONDITIONING OPERATION GUIDELINES

A)Open HARDWARE BAG FOR STEP 5.

B)Attach FRONT & BACK HANDLEBAR COVERS using 2 SCREWS (F) and 2 BOLTS (G) for each side.

C)Attach FOOTPADS to LOWER LINK ARMS using 4 SCREWS (H) for each side.

A)Open HARDWARE BAG FOR STEP 6.

B)Slide LOWER LINK ARM into bottom end of LOWER HANDLEBAR. Slide BOLT (E) through outside hole in LOWER HANDLEBAR, through 1 TEFLON WASHER (F), SPACER (G) and another TEFLON WASHER (F). Secure using NUT (H).

C)Repeat on other side.
