Assembling and Maintaining the 835 Climber

4.Insert the handlebar flange onto the screws protruding through the handrail clamp). Rotate the handlebar to align it with the side screw holes.

CAUTION: Hold the handlebar upright until it is securely fastened in step 6.

5.Thread the two hex nuts and washers (removed earlier) back onto the screws.

Important: Do not tighten the two hex nuts at this time.

6.Attach and fully tighten two buttonhead screws to secure the handlebars, as shown in the following illustration.
