Assembling and Maintaining the 835 Climber

9.Ask your assistant to hold the upright support while you attach it to the base frame using four hex head screws and four washers. Using a ¹₂-inch box wrench or open-end wrench, tighten the four fasteners in alternating order until all four are fully secured.

CAUTION: In the following step, be careful to avoid the sharp edges on the metal bracket. Do not injure yourself when you connect the cable.

10.Connect the console power cable to its receptacle on the base frame.

11.Lower the plastic top cover. Tip the cover to insert the front tab, then align the rear tab. Apply pressure to lock the rear tab in place.
