pin located on front of the seat post (see Photo 2).

3.Slide the seat post up or down into the desired position.

4.Release the seat post adjustment pin.

CAUTION: Make sure that the seat is securely in place before using the cycle for a workout.

5.Before sitting on the cycle, press down firmly on the seat to make sure no slippage occurs and the pin is properly seated in the appropriate hole.

6.Sit on the cycle’s seat again and, if necessary, follow steps 2 through 5 to readjust the seat height.

Adjusting the Handlebars

You can adjust the handlebars on the EC850 within a six inch adjustment span to provide the most comfortable ride possible.

To adjust the handlebars, take the following steps:

1.Sit on the cycle with your hands on the handlebars. You should be in a relaxed, comfortable riding position.

2.If you need to adjust the handlebars, dismount and locate the lever on the right side of the console column.

3.Loosen the handlebar shaft by turning the lever counterclockwise.

4.Place your hands on the lower flat portion of the handlebars (one of each
