The display will also show your heart rate when you use the hand- grip pulse sensor or the optional chest pulse sen- sor. Note: Each time the speed setting changes, the display will show your pace (in minutes per mile) for a few seconds. When a program is se- lected, the display will show the time remaining in the program instead of the elapsed time.
