Water temperatures between 100°F (38°C) and 104°F (40°C) are considered safe for a healthy adult. Lower water temperatures are recommended when using the Aquatic Fitness System for exercise, swimming, when total use will exceed 10 minutes, or anytime young children are present in the Aquatic Fitness System.

To Reduce the Risk of Injury. Always wear shatterproof swim goggles when using HydroSport resistance exercise or rowing equipment. Improper use of HydroSport equipment or use of aged or worn equipment could result in an eye injury if protective eyewear is not used. Every HydroSport equipment package includes protective eyewear. If your protective eyewear is missing or defective, do not use the HydroSport equipment until you have replaced the protective eyewear with similar shatterproof swim goggles.

following strenuous exercise.

Pregnant or possibly pregnant women should limit spa water temperatures to 100°F (38°C). It is recommended that a physician be consulted before using an Aquatic Fitness System if you are or possibly could be pregnant.
