14. Lubricate a 3/8” x 3” Button Head Bolt (97) and	14		97
both sides of two Plastic Washers (55) with

grease. Attach the Right Butterfly Arm (11) to the	Welded		75
Butterfly Frame (9) with the Bolt, the two Plastic	Bushing	55	54
Washers, two Butterfly Caps (54), two 3/8”	11
Washers (75), and a 3/8” Nylon Jamnut (50).	Do
not overtighten the Jamnut; the Butterfly Arm	55
must be able to pivot easily. Be sure the

indented sides of the Plastic Washers fit over
the welded bushing in the Butterfly Arm.	Lubricate	75	9	10

Repeat this step with the Left Butterfly Arm
(10).
15. Press two 1 1/2” x 2” Inner Caps (23) into the	15
ends of the Leg Lever (4).

Lubricate a 3/8” x 2 1/2” Bolt (63) with grease.	23	Lubricate
Attach the Leg Lever (4) to the Right Leg (73)
with the Bolt and a 3/8” Nylon Jamnut (50).	Do
not overtighten the Jamnut; the Leg Lever	50
must be able to pivot easily.

16. Press a 2” x 2 1/2” Inner Cap (22) into the top of	16
the Leg Press Frame (30).
Lubricate a 3/8” x 3” Bolt (61) with grease. Attach			22
the Leg Press Frame (30) to the Left Base (2)
with the Bolt and a 3/8” Nylon Locknut (70).	Do
not overtighten the Locknut; the Leg Press			30
Frame must be able to pivot easily.
