What to do if...

Trouble Shooting

If the appliance is not working correctly, please carry out the following checks before contacting your local Service Force Centre. Important: If you call out an engineer to a fault listed below or to repair a fault caused by incorrect use or installation, a charge will be made even if the appliance is in guarantee.

• If the fault code C1, C2 or Cd is shown in the multi-display, you may be able to rem- edy the fault yourself (see the Fault table

below).

After clearing the fault, press the START/PAUSE button. If the fault code is shown again, contact your local Service Force Centre.

For all other faults displayed in the multi-display, please contact your local AEG Service Force Centre, stating the fault code.
