T.Excessive noise or vibration

1.Dryer not leveled properly.

2.Impellor (fan and blower) out of balance

a.Excessive lint build up on impellor (fan and blower).

b.Failed impellor (fan and blower).

3.Loose basket (tumbler) tie rod.

4.Basket out of adjustment, or adjustment bolts (hardware) are loose.

5.Failed basket (tumbler) support.

6.Loose motor mount.

7.Failed idler or tumbler bearings.

8.V-belts either too tight or too loose.

U.Main burners are burning with a yellow flame

1.Burner air shutters are out of adjustment.

2.Insufficient makeup air.

3.Dust or lint in burner.

4.Insufficient gas pressure.

DUAL TIMER MODELS

A.Dryer will not start, both drive and blower motors not operating (indicator light is off)

1.Dryer control circuit fuse is blown.

2.Open at location, service main fuse or circuit breaker.

3.Failed push to start relay.

4.Failed door switch or circuit.

5.Failed heat timer.

6.Failed dual timer relay.

B.Drive motor (only) not operating

1.Failed drive motor contactor.

2.Failed reversing timer (for Reversing Models ONLY).

3.Failed drive motor.
