6 DSC OPERATION

Receive messages

The transceiver automatically stores up to 20 distress mes- sages and 20 other messages. The messages can be used as an assistance to the logbook.

qPush [DSC/ENT] to select the DSC menu.

wRotate the channel selector to select “RCV calls” and push [DSC/ENT].

• “RCV calls” does not appear until a distress call is received.
