Multi-room listening
This receiver can power two independent systems in separate rooms after you have made the proper multi- room connections. Different sources can be playing in both rooms at the same time or, depending on your needs, the same source can also be used. •It is not possible to hear the digital output of a component in the sub room. However, you can connect the analog outputs of your digital component into the receiver’s (analog) input terminals to hear the component in the sub room.
•You can't use sound controls (such as the tone controls or Midnight listening) or any surround modes in the sub room. You can, however, use the features available with your sub room amplifier.
