COOLER. Slide the selector switch to |
the REMOTE position. Note: The |
burners may light if |

was last turned off. You can now turn |
the burners on and off with either op- |

tion when the pilot is not lit. This will |
drain the battery. |
IMPORTANT: This remote control has been specially engineered to take an air temperature sample every 5.5 minutes in the auto mode. It will not respond immediately to the tempera- ture setting being turned up or down.

Locate the blower controls by opening the lower louver panel on the fireplace. Blower controls are located on the left side of the switch bracket to the left just inside the louver panel.

2a. Press the ON/OFF button to turn the burners on and off. When turning burners off, the pilot will remain lit.

same time. The fireplace may run for several minutes before the blower turns on. After the heater modulates to the pilot position, the blower will continue to run. The blower will shut off after the firebox temperature decreases.
The blower helps distribute heated air from the fireplace. Periodically check the louvers of the firebox and remove any dust, dirt, or other obstructions that will hinder the flow of air.
