LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

For the lifetime of your Jazzy 1400, from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace, at our option, to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorised representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

TWO-YEAR WARRANTY

For two (2) years from the date of purchase of your Jazzy 1400, Pride will repair or replace, at our option, to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorised representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

￿Electronics

EIGHTEEN-MONTH WARRANTY

For eighteen (18) months from the date of purchase of your Jazzy 1400, Pride will repair or replace, at our option, to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorised representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

￿Motor/gearbox assembly

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS

￿Motor: If damage occurs to the commutator of a motor as a result of not replacing the motor brushes after heavy wear to brushes. Motor brushes are wear items and are not warranted.

￿Brake: There is a one-year warranty for the electrical function of the brake. Brake pads are a wear item and are not warranted.

SIX-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

For six (6) months from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace, at our option, to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorised representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

￿Plastic components, except body

￿Rubber components (except tyres and tubes)

￿Bearings and bushings

￿Casters and anti-tip wheels

Battery warranty is covered by the battery manufacturer. Battery warranty is not covered by Pride.

Warranty service can be performed by an authorised Pride provider or by Pride. Do not return faulty parts to Pride without prior consent. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser.
