The footrest assembly can be removed by pulling the release lever forwards and swinging the footrest outwards and upwards.

To re-fit the footrest insert the top into the vertical tube and swing inwards until the release lever locks into place (Fig. 13).

Adjusting the footrest angle

To adjust the angle simply loosen the screw on the knuckle joint. Move the footrest lower section to the desired position and tighten the screw (Fig. 14).

Note: Ensure the serrations in the knuckle joint are correctly aligned prior to tightening the screw, and that the screw is firmly tightened prior to use.
