Seat Assemblies WITH Seat Support Collars (FIGURE 5)

1.Remove the seat assembly. Refer to REMOV- ING/INSTALLING THE SEAT ASSEMBLY in this procedure of the manual.

2.Remove the four (4) seat support collars. Refer to REMOVING/INSTALLING THE SEAT SUPPORT COLLARS in this procedure of the manual.

3.Perform one (1) of the following:

A.To position the seat assembly in the HIGH- EST position, align the mounting hole in the seat support collar with the MIDDLE mount- ing hole in the seat support post.

B.To position the seat assembly in the MIDDLE height position, align the mounting hole in the seat support collar with the TOP mount- ing hole in the seat support post.

C.To position the seat assembly in the LOW- EST height position, a seat support collar is NOT necessary. The welded seat support of the seat assembly will rest on the seat mounting support of the wheelchair frame.

4.Install one (1) nut and bolt through mounting hole in the seat support collar and through the mounting hole in the seat support post determined in STEP 2. Securely tighten.

5.Repeat STEPS 2-5 for the three (3) remain- ing seat support posts.

6.Reinstall the seat assembly. Refer to REMOV- ING/INSTALLING THE SEAT ASSEMBLY in this procedure of the manual.
