SECTION 4—INSPECTION AND COMPRESSOR INTERFACE

Changing the Carrying Position of the Cylinder

NOTE: For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 4.6 on page 19.

The cylinder MUST be kept in the cylinder bag at all times except when cleaning. The cylinder MUST be in the bag to ensure the cylinder couples with the HomeFill properly.

1.Unhook and remove the cylinder bag and belt from body.

2.Re-attach the buckle.

NOTE: Either end of the belt can be used in this procedure.

3.Unthread one end of the belt from one side of the buckle.

4.Slide the retaining loop off the belt.

5.Pull the end of the belt that has no buckle and retaining loop through the two retaining loops on the cylinder bag.

NOTE: The cylinder bag is now removed from the belt.

NOTE: When performing STEP 6, both loops MUST be used on the cylinder bag.

6.Perform one of the following:

For upright use (vertical orientation) of the cylinder bag:

i.Stand the cylinder bag upright (vertical orientation).

ii.Thread the end of the belt that has no buckle and retaining loop through the two loops on the cylinder bag. See Detail “A”.

For sideways use (horizontal orientation) of the cylinder bag:

i.Lay the cylinder bag on its side (horizontal orientation).
