This chapter explains how to enter the Programming Mode. Your cordless digital telephone can operate in either the DKT or the cordless mode and can be programmed whenever the telephone is idle. When entering the program mode during cordless operation, all calls coming to this station are ringback tone until the program mode is ended. Entering the program mode during DKT operation has no effect on current call status.

Entering Program Mode

1. Remove the handset from the base unit.

2. Press and hold￿￿ and ￿ at the same time.

3. While holding ￿ and ￿, press 7$/..

4. Release all three keys.

5. Press the 5￿92/ button on the upper right side of the cordless handset until you toggle to the DATA STORE settings screen.

6.Press ￿ to toggle the settings for each program step or store (save) the setting when in DATA STORE step.

7.Press 7$/. at any time to exit PROGRAM without

saving changes. To save the changes step to DATA STORE and press ￿ before pressing 7$/..
