Auto Redial

Auto Redial

This feature enables you to automatically redial the last number (outside or [DN]) called by pressing 5HGLDO. 5HGLDO must be programmed as one of the four flexible

buttons on the telephone.

1.Press an available [DN] or /LQH. Make sure that you press the same [DN] or /LQH that you used to dial the telephone number that you wish to redial. You hear dial tone.

2.Press 5HGLDO. The last telephone number you dialed is automatically redialed.

Call Forward

System

System Call Forward (which is set in Programming) automatically directs calls to a predefined location, such as Voice Mail. See your CTX System Administrator to determine which type of Call Forward you have, as well as the Call Forward location.

Station

Station Call Forward enables you to assign Call Forward destinations for each extension on your phone. Each extension can be independently set for a different Call Forward feature.

Call Forward must be set prior to receiving the call.

The following calls to your station can be forwarded:

Internal calls

Auto Attendant calls

Outside lines that ring only your station

Transferred internal or incoming line calls
