From the Programming phone (ext. 20 by default) select the Programming key

---PHONE SETUP---

-Auto Answer

-Key Programming

-Headset Mode

Scroll through the menus to find [System Programming] and select the option

---PHONE SETUP---

-System Programming

-Background Music

-Exit

Enter Password

1111 (default)

-Enter System Password

-Exit

You are now in the Main Menu for System Programming and are presented with the following Sub Menus for Programming Options

Select Option -System -Extensions -Lines

The remainder of this document assumes that you have successfully navigated to the System Programming sub menu above.

Press the key Instruction for two seconds or hang up to exit the programming mode. Modified settings are saved automatically.

For more complex settings, please refer to the Administrator’s Manual provided on the CD-ROM packaged with your system.
