3.5 Call Logs

A log of your calls (missed, received, and placed) is available in the IP8540. Using IP8540, you may view and return calls from the Call Logs. IP8540 stores a maximum of 60 records in the log. You can manage the Call Logs from your desktop PC using Outlook.

To view the call log

Tap the Call Log icon.

Select one of the following Call Log views:

o To view all calls that you have missed, received, or placed, tap the All calls icon .

o To view calls that you have missed, tap the Missed calls icon .

o To view calls that you have received, tap the Received calls icon .

o To view calls that you have placed, tap the Placed calls icon .

To view the contact card for a contact in the Call Log

Tap the contact card icon next to the contact name.

When done viewing the contact card, tap Close Card.

To place a call from the call logs

Tap Call Log.

Select the log view (missed, received, or placed).

Using the Scroll Wheel, locate the log item.

Tap the contact to place the call.
