4.2.4Receive a call

Lift the handset or press Answer, which activates the Speakerphone or headset.

-Or,

Press Redirect to send the call to another destination.

-Or,

Press To Voice Mail to send the call to Voice Mail. Voice mail service requires Exchange Sever 2007.

4.2.5Hold a call

Tap Hold in the active call window.

4.2.6Resume a held call

Tap the call in the call list.

4.2.7Transfer

You can transfer a call using the following methods:

Consult with the intended contact for transferring the call and then transfer the call.

Directly transfer the call to a contact.

If your mobile phone number is configured to appear in Office Communicator 2007 on your PC, then you can transfer a call to your mobile phone.

To transfer a call, do the following:

With a call in progress, tap Transfer.

Tap Consult then Transfer To… to contact the intended contact for transferring the call.

-or-

Tap Transfer Directly To… to transfer the call immediately to a contact.

-or-

When your mobile phone is published in Office Communicator you will have the option of transferring calls to your mobile phone. Tap Transfer to Mobile Phone… to forward the call to your mobile phone.
