5. Press chg to select the delay time you want to use (in seconds).
2.2.18 USING STATUS MESSAGES
You can use a display message to inform other users of the current status of your extension. There are six programmed messages and one custom message that you can use. Whenever another user calls an extension with an active Status message, the system displays the message at the calling extension.
To set up a status message, perform the following steps.
1.While the extension is idle, press Func + 9 + 0. The display shows the first message choice (custom).
