SETTING THE NUMBER OF MAILBOXES

The TAD is preset to record calls for a single user; however, the mailbox fea- ture allows you to set up to four sepa- rate, private mailboxes in addition to the generic message mailbox. Callers can leave messages in mailboxes for spe- cific individuals or departments or gen- eral messages for everyone to hear.

Follow these steps to set the number of mailboxes you want to use.
