How many telephones can you have?
All items of telephone equipment have a Ringer Equivalence Number (REN), which is used to calculate the number of items which may be connected to any one telephone line. Your Synergy 2110 has a REN of 1. A total REN of 4 is allowed, if the total REN of 4 is exceeded, the telephones may not ring. With different telephone types there is no guarantee of ringing, even when the REN is less than 4.
Only use approved power supply, item code 872273.

Switchboard External Line access code
You may need to enter an access code (e.g. 9) in order to get an outside line. So that the switchboard has time to pick up an outside line, you may also need to add a Pause after the access code.
You can set your Synergy 2110 to recognise that it needs to insert a pause after your access code.
This means that a pause will be automatically inserted into the telephone number when it detects the access code digits at the beginning of the number.
