Mains power socket

Telephone line cord socket

Only plug the telephone line cord into the wall socket when the handset has been charged for 24 hours, see page 8.

Skip backward

Lets you skip backwards through

your messages and memos, see page 26.

Allows you to select your Answer and Record outgoing message, see page 22. Also allows you to switch the audible message alert on or off, see page 19.

Stop

To stop message playback, see page 26.

Handset hook

Rotate for wall mounting, see page 45.

Page button

Press to page the handset, see page 15.

In Use light

Flashes when the handset is in use.

Charging light

Comes on to indicate charging when the handset is on the base.

Delete

Deletes recorded messages and memos, see page 26.

Message display LED

Indicates when the answering machine is on or off and when the power is on. See page 17.
