When you have accessed your answering machine, you can operate it using the keypad numbers on the phone you are using.

The commands are:

1Play remote access menu

2 Play/Stop all messages

4 Repeat/Skip back to previous message

5Delete current message

6Skip forward to next message

7 Turn answer machine on

9 Turn answer machine off
