Wireless-G IP Phone

E-mail

The IP Phone’s built-in e-mail client allows you to send and receive messages using your POP3 e-mail account.

Click on the E-mail tab. You can choose to Configure a new e-mail contact, Remove an existing contact, or make a contact Active. To Configure a new account, select Configure from the E-mail Account List. The next screen displays Account Setting, where you can enter your Account Name, Your Name and your Mail Address. The POP3 Setting allows you to enter the POP3 information, including Address, Port, User ID and Password. The SMTP Setting allows you to enter the SMTP information for this account, including Address, Port, User ID and Password. The Advanced Setting option allows you to enter your Reply Address and signature information. You can also choose to Reserve Mail, which keeps a copy of your new mail on the remote POP3 server. Click on Save Settings to add this entry to your E-Mail Account List.
