1. Dial your telephone number from any touch-tone phone.

2. When system answers, enter your two-digit remote access code (19 unless you have changed it).

3. Enter remote commands (see list at right).

4. Hang up to end call and save all undeleted messages.

NOTE: If you pause for more than 10 seconds dur-

ing remote access, you will hear a help menu listing all features & commands. If you issue no com- mand for another 20 seconds, the call will end automatically.

Answering System Operation

Remote access

Use the remote access feature to check your messages while you are away by calling your home phone num- ber from any touch tone phone outside of your home. When the answering system picks up, simply enter a two digit security code to then access your messages. This code is set at 19 by default; see page 31 to change it.

Play all messages

Press to listen to all messages.

Press to listen to new messages.

Delete the message

Press during playback to delete current
