1. Dial your telephone number from any touch-tone telephone.

2. When the system answers,

enter two digit remote access code (19 unless you have changed it).

3. Enter remote commands (see list at right).

4. Hang up to end the call and save all undeleted messages.

NOTE: If you pause for more than four seconds during remote access, you will hear a help menu listing all features and commands. If there is no command entered for another

15 seconds, the call will end automatically.

Answering system

Remote access

A two digit security code is required to access your answering system from any touch-tone telephone. This code is 19 by default, see Changing feature options (page 33) to change it.

Play all messages

Press to hear all messages.

Play new messages

Press to hear new messages.

Delete the message

Press once during playback to

delete current message. Press

twice to delete all old messages.

 

Repeat or go back

Press during the caller’s

Stop

Press to stop any operation (stop

Skip to next message

Press to skip the current

Press *7, wait for the beep, then
