To change from handset

1 While handset is off-hook, press [ Speaker ]

to speaker

You can now hang up handset and call will

 

 

remain active on speaker

 

 

To end a call while

1 With handset on-hook, press [ Speaker ] to end call

speaker is active

 

Transfer

To send present call to another extension or outside number

1 Press [

Transfer ]

[dial tone]

 

 

 

 

 

Present call is put on hold

2Dial number that call is to be transferred to

[ringback tone]

Remain on line and announce call;

if no answer or busy, return to held call by pressing its [ xxxxx ]

3Press [ Transfer ] again

Call is sent to dialed number

Note: Only calls from another extension can be sent to an outside number; you cannot transfer a call from an outside number to another outside number.

4Hang up
