Using the Caller List

 

 

 

Viewing the Caller List

Telephone numbers of up to 50 different callers are stored from the most recent to the oldest call in the Caller List. When the 51st call is received, the oldest call is deleted.

To check the caller’s phone number, follow the steps below.

1.Ensure display is in standby mode eg. (Clock is displayed – 3 new calls).

2.Z S or U (newest number is displayed).

To search from the most recent to the oldest call, Z U repeatedly.

To search from the oldest to the most recent call Z S repeatedly.

To scroll between callers, Z S or U.

If no number is displayed in step 2, the Caller List is empty.

If more than one call is received from the same caller only the most recent call will be recorded.

3.To exit the list, Z W or P.

Display returns to standby mode.

New call counter is cleared.

What ‘’ means

When you have checked new calls, answered the call or called back the caller, ‘’ will be added to the caller’s number.

When the same caller calls again, the call entry with ‘’ will be deleted and replaced with the new call entry.

When viewing long telephone numbers

If the caller’s number is greater than 12 digits the whole telephone number will not be shown. Z C to see the remaining numbers.
