ACD Call Handling Program

Commands can be used to set any call distribution operation for each of the ACD Call Handling Program numbers (4101 to 4104).

Selecting Program Processing

You can select program processing by the FF key. The following shows the procedure and flow of operations from entry of program numbers to selection of program processing.
