Tone squelch frequency/DTCS code setting

88.5Hz and 023 is set as the default for the tone squelch fre- quency and the DTCS code, respectively. The frequency and code can be selected as desired.

qPush [8 SET] for 1 sec. to enter set mode.

wRotate [R-DIAL]to select “SET EXPAND,” then push [8 SET].

eRotate [R-DIAL]to turn the expanded set mode ON, then

push [8 SET].

rRotate [R-DIAL]to select “TONE FREQ” when selecting the tone squelch frequency; select “DTCS CODE” when selecting the DTCS code, then push [8 SET].
