Using a multi-handset system

To transfer a	When you have made or answered an outside
call	call, to transfer it to another handset:
1	Press and hold the INT✱ button for
	1 second, then key in the number of the
	other handset

uThe outside call is put on hold and the other handset rings. When the other handset user answers, you can speak to her/him.

If the other user doesn’t answer, you can get

back to the outside call at any time by pressing the INT✱ button or the left Soft button [Back].

2	Wait for the other user to answer
3	Press the HANG UP button to hang up and
	transfer the call
To shuttle	When you made or answered an outside call
between two	and then made an intercom call (as above),
calls	instead of transferring the call, you can shuttle
	between the two calls, like this:

◗Press the INT✱ button to speak to the outside call and the intercom call in turn

u Whichever call you’re connected to, the other one is put on hold.

If you press the HANG UP button while you’re connected to the outside call, you’ll disconnect it.
