2.4.1 Basic Settings
You can set parameters that are used for the wireless stations to connect to this router. The parameters include Mode, ESSID, Channel Number.
Wireless Modes: AP Mode – Default Setting
The AP Mode allows your system to act as a wireless access point for other computers to connect to for network/internet access. This is the typical setting of most wireless networks. Do not change this if you are not aware of the outcome.
Airport Express™ Client Mode Configuration
If you have an Airport Express that you’d like to use in conjunction with the Hawking MIMO Router simply set the Airport Express into Client Mode and connect wirelessly to the Hawking Router based on the SSID that you have set for the router. i- Tunes™ audio streaming is supported by the Hawking Wireless Router through the Airport Express™ The Hawking router must be set on AP mode for the Airport Express to connect to it.
